Hi! Room available in a 3BR apartment on the second floor of a house. Specious kitchen, living room area and a dining room and decent sized balcony. The room for rent fits a queen size bed and a dresser, has a small closet as well.

The apartment is in a quite neighborhood, with short 12 minute walk to the WN and RM train. Laundry on either side of the block and 5 minute walk to two grocery stores. Close to restaurants and bars for when they reopen.

About us. I am a 31 year old male working in the restaurant industry , but currently quarantining. I have lived here for 6 years. I work long hours and am rarely home. Second roommate is In her early 30s working in the fashion industry, who also has a random work schedule. We both enjoy our personal time alone, but also have tv nights together both of us have lived together for 4 years.

We are looking for a professional person that is respectful and fun. Some to make our apartment into a home with. Lease is for 1 year. Move in on July September 1st, but might be able to start moving in a couple days early.
