One bedroom available in a cozy Astoria 3 bedroom. One bathroom. 5 minute walk to the N/W. Laundry facilities even closer.

Current tenants are clean, respectful roommates who have been together 1 year.

We are proud of our space and are looking for someone who will maintain the same standards as we do.

As roommates we definitely can have some fun together. We are both passionate about our work but also love going out for food and drinks and fun. We bike around and are both very active people. We would love someone that blends easily into that lifestyle. Ideally, we are looking for someone for a year or longer! You will be needing to sign the lease.

While we definitely know how to have a good time, we treat our home as a sanctuary and try to be respectful of each other in our time at home.

We like to cook and share when we can! The shared space will come furnished, but there is space for your things too!

A fairly private shared garden space out back has a fire pit and bike cage. (We share the space with the other two apartments in the building)

Bedroom comes unfurnished, but can easily fit a full or queen size bed and a dresser.

Full time job is a requirement. No pets. Smoker friendly. Utilities not included.
