Charming Astoria Apartment For Jan 1 Move In

Charming apartment on the first floor of a 3 family home in Astoria. The apartment contains 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit, with the larger room becoming vacant Jan 1st. The vacant room contains an AC and two large closets, and can fit a queen or king size bed. There is a large living room with more closet space and a very spacious kitchen. The kitchen contains a dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has tons of storage space and a sliding glass door shower. All utilities, excluding internet, are included. There is a laundromat at the corner of the block and the 30th Ave and Broadway N/W stops are a 9 min walk away. 3 grocery stores, a gym, restaurants, and bars are all within a 5 min walk.

The best & worst things about my apartment
There is a TON of space in the apartment and it?s nice and quiet in the area. There is a large kitchen with a dishwasher and utilities are included with AC in the bedrooms. It?s also in a great location of Astoria with everything you need. There are no huge downsides except that there is no laundry in the building, but the laundromat is a 1 min walk away. The apartment is on the first floor, but is located in a safe area.

Furnishings
The bedroom will be unfurnished but the kitchen will remain mostly filled with the necessities, and the living room will have a couch and desk. There may be more items remaining depending on what the current roommates leaves behind.
