I am 33 years old and in the performing arts. I'm an actor by trade and in the customer service industry at night. I am a full-time, unionized Usher on Broadway. I love to spend my time with friends/family when I can and enjoy their company. I love all cultural things and especially seek to live in a diverse neighborhood-- that's why Astoria is so perfect!

I think my best perk for someone to cohabitation with me, is that I am rarely home during the day, I'm quiet, and I rarely use the kitchen! I personally, leave my social life outside of the apartment, and I'm not a party-er (I'm getting too old for that) so I respect everyone's space and noise level in the evenings! I do keep my space clean and love to clean floors, bathrooms, and such!
