We have one room available in a renovated 3 bed/2 bath apartment starting ASAP. The apartment is located right on 41st street near Ditmars in prime Astoria! About a 8-10 minute walk to the Astoria-Ditmars, N/W train. Steps away from all the great restaurants, bars, cafes and local business on Ditmars!

The apartment was completely gut renovated 5 years ago. The living room is smaller, but has a comfy couch, and TV. Kitchen is very spacious, has a dishwasher and W/D in unit!

The available bedroom has a large closet, window and can fit a full or queen size desk with extra room for a dresser or deck.

The two other roommates are: Raghav, an early 30's year old male, full-time Engineer who works at a respected design and consulting firm in Manhattan, NY. He's easy going, clean, responsible and friendly. Andrei- a young male studying Anthropology in the city. He is very busy, quiet and mostly keeps to himself.
