I have lived in this wonderful Astoria abode for 7 years and have decided to move down to Brooklyn for a change. This is a *rent stabilized* apartment with a caring and responsible landlord. If you don't already know Astoria, I can almost guarantee you'll end up loving it. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, with tons of food/drink/shopping one block away.

**So here's the deal:**
The lease on this apartment is technically up for renewal Nov. 1st. I will be moving out then and my current roommate will then be moving out in the next couple months. The landlord has agreed to wait to have a new lease signed until both rooms have been filled. This means we'll be doing a month to month kind of situation until then. This also means that you and your soon to be new roommate would essentially be taking over the lease on this apartment! A rent stabilized 2br apartment ($1,720 total) all to yourselves! So, you'll need some living room furniture ;). I will most likely be leaving some good furniture that I can't fit into my studio, if you'd like it. Otherwise I'll take it out.
