Offering a furnished, private bedroom in 600 sq. ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. The available bedroom has hardwood floors, an Elfa wall (96 cubic ft storage), small desk, dresser, and very comfortable double bed. (Furnishings negotiable)

Seeking a professional whose work takes them out of the apartment during the day as I work from home 12-6, teaching classical and music theater voice, and am a nonprofit arts professional. You should love dogs-- my 11 lb. Yorkie will insist you play ball! (No other pets allowed).You appreciate a calm home environment, are friendly but autonomous.

Utilities are shared: electricity and gas, wireless internet are approximately an additional $75 per month. Rent due on the first of each month, (monthly utilities bill available for review.)

Please provide proof of employment, and 2 references. We will sign a roommate agreement: housemate harmony is much easier when we are on the same page! First month and 1 month security required at signing.
