$850 Join Our Happy 4br HUGE Astoria Apartment

Hello! We are 3 fun, friendly working ladies (34, 33 and 28) looking for a 4th roommate who is looking to live in a happy home, rather than a dorm room. We live on the top floor of a 2 family house, and the entire top floor is ours. Looking for someone who is fun/laid back, a working professional, cool with sharing milk and eggs, wants to help us keep the wine rack stocked and doesn't mind doing someone else's dishes every now and then (if the one spoon isn't yours,... who cares! haha). Everyone does their part and sometime we clean up after each other. Yay! Move in date May 15th, with possible early move in.

1 bedroom available with 2 windows and ceiling fan, located in the front of the apartment. This room has the largest closet and overhead storage space (The Christmas Tree is kept in there). Completely UNFURNISHED. The stuff you see in the photo will be gone. The room has been this warm grey forever, but you are welcome to paint it whatever color you want.
$850 a month plus internet (around $16 month, we don't have cable. We just all have netflix/hulu, whatever.), there are no other utility bills, other than every February we split renter's insurance which is usually about $30 a person.

Half first month's rent ($425) and security deposit ($775) and internet ($16) due before time of move in, May 15. Security deposit is necessary to hold your space.

-THE APARTMENT-
-Located close to Kaufman Studios and is about 4 blocks from NW Broadway stop, NW 36th Ave Stop and RM Steinway stop.
-4 bedrooms, 2 in front, 2 in back, and they are separated by 2 cartwheelable living rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Yes, one bathroom, but our schedules are pretty different and we've never had any issues :)
-Completely furnished, aside from your bedroom which will be completely empty. We recommend Full Sized beds, though you can squeeze a queen in there. I believe there is a queen sized bed in the photo. There's not much more space in the common rooms for furniture, but I'm sure we could squeeze some small things here and there... nothing big like a couch or dining table though :-/ (We have a million couches... see photos haha)
-Super clean, relatively new kitchen appliances.
-Nicest family/landlord ever. He rules.
-No Cigarette Smoking in the Apartment.
-Safe street/area.
-Supermarket is on one corner, laundromat on another, 2 blocks to Broadway, and favorite bars on either side of our block.
-Sorry no pets :(
-some furniture rearranging has happened since these photos have been taken :)

-We throw the neighborhood New Year's party every year, and Halloween is fun :-D
-We have a wii and RockBand that needs to be resurrected!
