I've got a single room open(will have personal key) with at least a mattress(a frame if someone rents,) a dresser, personal closet, and a desk/chair with a basic internet/work PC I built for use unless not needed.
Otherwise, shared kitchen and a bathroom that's going to get a full remake from my landlord before long(sooner with you here,) as well as generally everything else. I'll include my "Blast" speed internet and no additional utility charges for the $500.
I also live with my amazing cat, Sunny, so you'll have to be open for having him around.
