It is a 2nd floor unit with a patio (lake view), in unit washer/dryer, and very close to the complex pool and gym. Base rent is $895 each and includes trash and pest control. Utilities will be separate. Move in date is set at 6/21/2022, but is flexible and can be sometime in July. Preferably looking for a young professional between the age of 21-30. No kids or couples.
