I have a 4 bedroom home on a half acre of land with fruit trees, vegetable garden, and a greenhouse at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. My home is less than a mile from Costco, on South Hill. I live in one room and rent out the other three. I have one room which is 135 sq ft and will be available October 1 or earlier, for $575 a month. In addition to the rent, there is an additional $100 a month for utilities, which includes water, garbage, sewer, electricity and internet. No one in the home currently uses cable, it would be up to you if you want to purchase this service (there may be others who would like to share the cost.)

You will be provided space in the kitchen, main bathroom and laundry room for some items. If additional space is needed, other than the space listed, please provide details and I'll see if your needs can be accommodated. There is also a 120 sq ft shed available for rent for $50 a month.

Due to insurance reasons, I cannot accept more than one occupant per room, meaning I cannot accept couples.

Please call for an appointment. Pets are negotiable, except no dogs. The deposit for each room is equal to one month's rent and utilities. The lease term is flexible.

I'm looking for individuals who are kind and considerate of others, clean up after themselves, helps with household chores, do not smoke, use drugs or drink regularly. (Vaping is ok.) I love to hang out and play board games and socialize. It would be fun if you did too, but this is not required.
