Cozy room, spacious house! We are three professional women looking for a fourth housemate to fill an upcoming vacancy. The house was renovated in 2018 by the owner-architect, and features a beautiful custom kitchen with garden access right out the back door, two spacious shared living rooms, a covered front porch, and double roof access for all your sunset yoga and stargazing needs.

We are a short walk from both Baltimore Avenue and the 52nd St Station, and only a twenty minute bike ride to Center City.

The room itself is on the smaller side but cozy with a big bay window, and though it can fit a full size bed a twin is recommended. There is a shared bathroom for the three rooms on the second floor and a shared living room in the front. Utilities (electric, water, Fios internet, and compost pickup) are included in the rent.

We are a diverse group of women looking for an open minded, clean lady looking to share our home. We also have three resident pets currently, including two large dogs and a cat, so some tolerance for pet love and fur is required. Additional pets will be considered, but we have a pretty full house already. All three of us love to cook, and generally do a shared dinner or brunch monthly. The garden beds are available to use if you like to grow your own food as well.

We also have a spacious basement and attic where you can store any extra things you have while you live here.
