Hello,
My name is Evan and I am currently in a spacious cozy 3 bedroom 3 bath row-house with a furnished roof deck and great neighbors. I am attending SJU for my undergrad in marketing after serving 10 years in the Navy and plan to continue on to grad school after spring 20'.
Im pretty laidback but I like to keep the place clean. I've been a producer for 17 years so sometimes I am working on music at home (respectfully) and I occasionally enjoy photography. I am looking for some like-minded people (male or female) who can keep the place clean with me and that can get along well with all walks of life.

This Room can be furnished ($700) or unfurnished ($650) and available December 20th.
Utilities are about $100 per month (gas, water, electric)
