Private room & bathroom in Northern Liberties home

Completely private bedroom & full bathroom on 3rd floor of Northern Liberties furnished home.

The bedroom currently has some furniture which can stay or go depending if you would like it. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

The first floor features open living room, dining room and a stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The second floor features 2 bedrooms, washer & dryer unit and a full bathroom. There. is also a finished basement which is being used for storage. The house has hardwood flooring throughout, AC as well as FIOS internet.

One of the other rooms is rented by a friendly, female in her mid-thirties as well as her cat and I occupy the other room, however, I travel a lot and am rarely there so it will essentially be one roommate with pop-ins by me and my small dog.
