Looking for a young professional roommate for a 3 bedroom Center City row house on 13th and South Street.
The second floor bedroom is $1000 and has a private full bathroom. There's a spare bedroom that's used as an office, driveway parking spot in the back. The house has Verizon Fios internet, Nest cameras in the front and back for security, and a Nest thermostat for energy efficiency. In-unit washer/dryer and central air conditioning too. The place belongs to a friend's dad who is very easy going.
Whole Foods and Acme are a quick walk away. There are plenty of parks and bars nearby (Rittenhouse Square Park, Washington Square Park, Schuylkill River Park).
There is an existing lease that runs until July 31st 2021. I'm moving out early, but there's one existing roommate who's staying. He's in his 20's, works full-time, and likes to hang out and grab a beer every once in a while. He'll respect your living space and is courteous about keeping the home clean. If you think you'd be a good fit, let's talk.
