The room itself is small (about 7.5’x11.5’) but can fit a full bed, desk and dresser with the right organization. (No built in closet.) The room is located at the rear of the house with a South facing window looking to the back. It gets nice daylight, but the window has black out blinds to ensure restful mornings. The house has central heating, but there’s an air conditioner in the room for cooling. The room itself is currently unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished and cozy. There’s plenty of common space with the living room, dining room and patio. The kitchen is also well stocked, with nice counter space for meal prep.
The house is on a quiet street, and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and the Market Frankford Line.
Looking for females only, preferably students or young professionals in their 20s. Someone friendly, clean and respectful.
