Included are: All utilities (gas, water, electric), fast WiFi, use of living room, kitchen (using all appliances, dishes, cookware) and back deck with BBQ and furniture. You’ll also have private-off-street parking and washer/dryer use.

Area in Philadelphia is known as Overbrook Farms. An historic residential area with walkable shops and restaurants. Overbrook Train Station (SEPTA’s “Thorndale/Paoli” regional rail) takes 10-15 minutes for main 3 Center City stops (30th St., Suburban Station, Jefferson). Airport is 30-minute drive. Rt 76 about 1 mile. Convenient to everything you’ll need to make like easy.

Family owned and lived in home. Property has a fish pond, wrap around front porch, wrap around back deck with bamboo and tall trees surrounding 3 sides of property. You can enjoy all of this plus have a nicely, comfortable room to go to when you want privacy. Plenty of dry food storage space as well as refrigeration.

Lease is month-to-month. $900 for first month rent is required at time of contract with an additional $900 as security deposit. This includes everything. Nothing to turn on/off or put into your name.
