Looking for prospective roommates to join in this 3bed 2.5bath house near Walnut Hill. The main floor is laid out in a nontraditional manner to accommodate one roommate's limitations for stairs; the enclosed porch is the computer room and a craft work shop is in the living room space while the dining room area is a flex space with seating and tables; next to the kitchen is a toilet that has the litter box in it for the two kitties, and past the kitchen is the back door to the fenced in patio with shed. The finished basement is a wonderful space for a big couch with tv and large table for dining or activities; the laundry and dryer are tucked in the hallway that leads to the bathroom with shower stall. Upstairs are three bedrooms; the smallest one is taken. The other two are large enough for a queen size bed, dressers, and desks without feeling cramped. The bathroom on the upper floor has a tub and shower combo. Out front is a little garden space and the next door neighbor grows amazing flowers in her front yard garden space. The neighbors in the block are all respectful and the street relatively quiet. The landlady is very responsive and stays on top of repairs.

You would be taking over on the lease which would be up for renewal July 31st. You would apply with the landlady and upon approval you would sign on to the remainder of the lease. If you are interested, message me for further details.
