Master bedroom with two closets

Hello.

I am currently renting out the master bedroom that contain two closets, two dressers, a queen size bed, and two large westerly facing windows.

I have not included an image of the Master bedroom as I am painting it currently.

House is a smart home with smart lighting and locks. It also has washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The house has two full bathrooms, great backyard space, and two adorable male cats.

The place is a 2 minute walk to Broad St and Porter intersection for the number 4 bus going into town. It is also a 7 minute walk south to the Broad and Oregon Broad Street Subway Station. Or you could do the 10 minute walk north to the Broad and Snyder Station and stop at the Starbucks along the way.

Utilities (water, gas, & electricity) are included to start when you move in. You are more than welcome to take over 1 or more of those utilities and put them into your name. It would be a great exercise and learning how others in a house unnecessarily create waste for those utilities. Meaning if the air conditioner is on then do not open the window. If the heat is on then do not open the window. And whether you believe it or not running a dishwasher is more affordable than handwashing, especially when the dishwasher runs after midnight. If you wanna run the dishwasher during the day, then be prepared to pay more towards your rent. If you want to use the dryer during the day, then be prepared to pay more towards your rent. Utility companies charge more when residence use utilities during daytime hours.
