Room for Rent by Rittenhouse Square

I am looking for a roommate, preferably a professional woman in her mid 20s to mid 30s, to take over my lease starting September 1, 2024 to November 1, 2025. This apartment can also be leased on a month to month basis. The apartment is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located at 1619 Spruce St. Philadelphia PA 19103. The apartment is on the first floor with very high ceilings, the bedroom and bathroom that you would be moving into is located in the basement along with the laundry machines and kitchen. There is also a rooftop to sit outside and mail gets delivered inside the building. There is a keypad lock for the building door and for the apartment front door. The rent monthly is $1,250. Other utilities include WiFi: $35, PGW and PECO which you will split evenly with your roommate. The room comes with a bed frame, full length mirror, and nightstand! Bathroom has shower caddies and shower curtains installed as well! Your roommate’s name is Yasmin, she is a physical therapist in her early 30s. She loves cooking, art, listening to metal/rock music, playing board games, and being a new plant mom! In order to be eligible for this apartment, you must make 3x the rent and be able to provide your last 2 paystubs and a full credit report that you would download for free at annualcreditreport. com, no hard check that will affect your credit score.  Rent is paid via Zelle to our landlord who is an incredibly sweet and accommodating man, you’ll love him I swear!
