All utilities included (gas, electric and water), washer/dryer, fast WIFI, use of kitchen (using all appliances, dishes, flatware and cookware.). Nothing to turn on or off or put in your name. It’s easy living!

Month-to-month rental. Due at time of rental: $1,200 first month’s rent and a security deposit of $1,200 for total of $2,400.

Small shops and eating places in walkable neighborhood with larger ones in a mile. Area is very green....location is Philadelphia but it's like living in suburbs. House sits on nearly an acre of land with tall trees and bamboo surrounding him on three sides.

A no smoking home (but is allowed on back outside porch). Searching for a person who appreciated an older home that's not simply square in design. I have one friendly doggie (sos don't need any more) and two kitties. You will have the pleasure of petting and loving them. Basically, a very quiet home. If you want privacy, you have your room. If you have the need to be with a person or two, you have to only go to the kitchen, on the back porch or in the billiard room. It's the best of all worlds kind of living.
