The 1st floor is a newly renovated, shared space that includes a front porch and private backyard. Washer/dryer available in the basement. This home is a safe space for LGBTQIA+, progressives, and disabled folks – no “-isms” or “-phobias” allowed.

Your Space:
Large, fully furnished stylish bedroom that includes the following: queen-size adjustable bed, dresser, nightstand, lamp, area rug, large closet with storage, full-length mirror, A/C wall unit, and ample natural light (3 large windows).

The Space:
Share a comfortable, affordable home with a 30-something, geeky non-binary, young professional. Looking for one housemate, preferably a graduate student or young professional seeking to share a peaceful, quiet home with a quick-witted queer and friendly small dog. Shared hobbies/common interests welcome but not required. The most important thing is to find someone committed to maintaining a clean space, that is respectful and responsible.

Key Details:
Ideal move-in date is between mid-September and early October. Rent is $700/month + utilities (gas and electric with internet and water included). In terms of length, 6-month lease to start with an option to renew for 6-month or 1 year, if we enjoy living with one another. Security ($700) + 1st month ($700) to move in ($1400 total). Proof of employment/income, background check and 2 references required.
