We currently have a spare bedroom in our 3 bedroom home located in prime location in Fishtown. The room is large completely furnished with queen bed, green velvent sofa, seating area and two closets(one walk-in!). There is a dedicated bathroom located just outside of the room and will be use solely by our guests. The room is located on the second floor of the home, complete with a window for ample lighting, hardwood floors, and plenty of storage space.
The guests will have access to use the absolutely gorgeous kitchen all with stainless steal appliances, a dishwasher, gas cooktop and oven, plenty of counter space and kitchen island. We have a complimentary coffee/tea bar set up complete with drip coffee as well as an expresso machine.
There is a washer and dryer located in the basement of the property which can also offer any additional storage needs.
There is a rear patio with ambiant lighting and comfortable patio furniture. Even comes with a beach umbrella for shade!
Things to note: There is a black lab/border collie who also lives here(rent free I might add!)(60-65 lbs) but he is the friendliest baby and loves all animals.
