All the appliances dishwasher, W/D, ex Large Fridge, and a finished Basement with a small Patio out back. Sizeable bathroom with corner shower/bathtub with jets. 850 + utilities, would be your portion.

It will require first lasts and security with an “immediate move-in” opportunity.

Close to grocery (Acme, Shop Rite, etc) stores, Stores (Ikea, Burlington, etc) gyms (Planet, City Fitness, etc), and dining/ nightlife on E. Passyunk. Available public transit on Snyder and a 20 min walk to Broad for additional transit options. Easily can commute to CC via bus or subway

I am looking to share a house with someone, preferably male, and who is LGBT+ friendly. I am pretty regimented kind of guy around my work out and work life. I'm a bit of social introvert. I have a cat, and we usually chill streaming or gaming. I cook alot for meal prep and enjoy baking. I don't do too much as far as going out, but I will be looking to make small ventures out over the summer. I am pretty laid back, but just particular in the sense I expect someone to clean up after themselves, everything has a place, take responsibility, and just plain 'ol communication.
