✅ This is a month-to-month lease term and credit requirements are flexible as long as you can provide verifiable income and have no prior evictions. Otherwise all applications are considered on a first come first served basis.

✅ To apply, there’s a $35 application fee and once approved a non-refundable deposit (1 month’s rent) will be collected to hold the room. The deposit will then be applied towards your security deposit and your first month’s rent will be due upon move-in.
