Share A Nice Quiet Home With Pool

i live alone in a detached house in tustin meadows, which is a nice community surrounding a park with lots of trees, my home is on a quiet cul-de-sac. when i moved in 9 years ago i was with my wife, we had guests over sometimes, and we had two dogs and 3 exotic parrots. now it's just me and i feel like i'm wasting space.

the home has a small pool and a nice covered patio, comfortable lounge, and nice kitchen with attached dinette that can be closed off from the rest of the house. i don't cook and there's plenty of storage in the kitchen so if the person i select likes to cook then they'd pretty much have that to themselves.

the room i'm offering is around 10 X 11 and has a nice comfortable four-poster bed, and a large bureau with mirrored top. the closet is decent size with two sliding doors with mirrors. adjacent to the bedroom is a nice bathroom with glass-enclosed tub and shower, and a new commode. the bathroom has a door that can be used as a private entrance, evidently it was designed to allow people to enter the bathroom from the pool without walking through the house.

opposite that bedroom is another small bedroom that serves as a studio / office, the person i select could put a computer in there and connect directly to the high-speed modem using ethernet. the wi-fi signal is good throughout the property and in the backyard.

i have a medical business next to the oc airport where i work around 12 hours a day six days a week, and i'm also a squash pro, so i'm really only home at night and on sunday. on sundays i mostly read and relax. i'm a quiet person and not particularly social, so i'm not looking for someone to hang out with, but i'm nice and easy-going and respectful of other people's space and time. i don't have guests over hardly ever, but i don't care if the other person does, as long as they're responsible and considerate.

one thing that is kind of a rule with me is i don't like guns, i don't allow them anywhere on the property and i feel strongly about that, so the person would have to accept that as a rule and also make sure that any guests don't bring guns over or even leave them in their car when they visit.
