Looking for roommates to move in as soon as possible. We live in a 2 story townhome/condo community that's very quiet, has ample parking, And cool neighbors. There's the front patio and the backyard. The house has AC, a washer dryer in the garage and Open floor plan. Come check out the place. My girlfriend (32)and I (35) have lived here for almost 4 years. We are easy going, down to earth and open minded people. Utilities are not included in the rent utilities are roughly about a hundred bucks a month (depending on how much we run the AC). Lol. Bedroom available now! in Santa Ana off of Fairhaven and Tustin Avenue in a gated hoa. No restrictions really, full house privileges. We have washer and dryer in the attached garage, dishwasher, Central AC, driveway parking, and guest parking, community pool. Pets are fine but hoa will charge $50 for pets.
