One bedroom near beach
The house is a two-story townhouse a block away from the beach. We are in walking distance to downtown, and in a beautiful safe neighborhood. We have a balcony upstairs with a BEAUTIFUL view, our favorite in the summer time, especially. There is always parking in the neighborhood, so that is never an issue.
Roommates are very respectful, kind, and we have all gotten along well. Everyone is tidy and very flexible. The house is fully furnished in living room/kitchen.
Please contact if you are interested. Currently 2 females and 1 male living in the house, so I believe female is preferred replacement.
