Hello! My roommate and I are looking to replace our 3rd roommate who is moving out. The room will have its own bathroom (detached) and a decent sized closet. Our townhome is 4-stories, 3 br 3-1/2 ba with a study, rooftop deck, and garage. The property is Nineteen01 Apartments if you'd like to look them up, though our soecific floorplan is not listed. Amenities include: rooftop pool/hot tub with grills, full gym, and a clubhouse. We are working professionals (1 guy, 31, 1 girl, 26) and are hoping to find someone of similar age and interests to fill the room.
You will need to apply and be approved to be added to the lease. Minimum credit is 650 with a clean renter's history.
Deposit: $250
The lease renews in October 2022, for which we do plan to renew.
No smokers, additional pets or couples, please.
