South Coast Metro Condo Room for Rent
Hello, the current tenant and I am looking for someone to replace me on my lease as soon as this month (September) or next month (October), and the lease will end on February 28, 2020. This is for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo shared with the current tenant, and you will have one of the bedrooms to yourself.
The rent is only $950.50 and half of the utilities bill (electricity, gas, and internet) are covered by the landlord, which is then split with the current tenant. The rest of the utilities are covered by the landlord. The Village Walk furnished condo includes an attached garage where you can park one vehicle, a washer and dryer in the garage, and a central A/C. The condo is also located in the South Coast Metro area, which is near the freeway and close to businesses such as the South Coast Plaza Mall.
Because all spaces minus the bedroom are shared with the current tenant, she prefers a woman or LGBTQ man under 30 years old to move in with her.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you are interested, and we can offer you more information and a tour of the building.
Thank you very much.
