Prefer 2 Female Roommates for 2 Rooms Shared Bath

seeking to fill two rooms in a 5 bedroom house in Santa Ana. 5 miles from South Coast Plaza. Major cross street is Fairview.

Each room is $750 not including utilities. Utilities will be approximately $50 per month, we can also consider a monthly cleaner. October move in date.

MUST pay rent on time each month
Shared bathroom
Full kitchen access
Washer and Dryer
Driveway parking and garage parking or use for storage
MUST be ok with dogs. Can accept another a well behaved and potty trained dog, preferably on the smaller size. Must be ok with my small chihuahua mix coming to visit from time to time, like weekends.
Must be clean and respectful of the house, the house is my friends sisters house. My friend lives in the same neighborhood with her husband. Her parents and sister also live in this same neighborhood. I find comfort in the fact that they are nearby and the neighborhood is family oriented.
Must provide 30 days prior notice

Looking for working professionals/students that are honest, respectful, independent, value privacy, friendly and keep a positive light hearted attitude.
Occasional get togethers/celebrations are fine, but not a party house.
Overnight guests are ok as long as it's not taking advantage and the guests are respectful and careful.
Wine and move nights are fun too!

I work full time, I teach yoga and work in the beauty industry. I am super busy most of the time. Hopefully the two renters are busy too. I love spending time with family and friends. I love animals, yoga, the beach, travel and dancing. I try to eat clean, mostly vegetarian, I do like to bake and cook (but don't always have time). I go to church every Sunday, I do love Jesus and I am a believer. I'm super chill and easy to get along with. I'm looking for like minded, good hearted individuals.
