All you really need is a private sink and countertop with plenty of space and plugs for all your stuff when getting ready. You don’t have to clean it perfectly when done and running out the door to work, cuz it’s only accessible by you. Down the hall is the Shared shower/ toilet w 1 female. Roommates are professional and respectful. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Common areas include front living room TV 64” w all apps. Extra Large Kitchen with many appliances and 2 refrigerators. Yard has BBQ and fire pit and opens to green belt and hiking trail to parks, horse stables and Doheney beach. 1 mile to freeway and to town.
