Tustin Room for Rent - Great Area!

Hello, i am a 29 single year old mother to a beautiful 7 year old. Currently split with my boyfriend of 4 years - looking to find a roommate and not let this be a setback but a stepping stone. I work two jobs when my daughter is not home (she is with her dad every other weekend) - i am looking for someone who can be our roommate and gets along with kids and would not mind building life long friendships with us. i like to think i am open, understanding, loving and kind. i love socializing and meeting new people. i am on a new journey and hope i find a roommate whom my daughter and i can build friendships with.

The apartment requires someone to take the other half of the lease, in return you don't' have to pay for Aprils rent. My boyfriend moves out April 1 and has paid Aprils rent. i pay for our Edison Bill, we have a washer and dryer in the unit, a nice spacious patio, you get to park in the garage and our facility has a Gym, Jacuzzi and Pool. We are literally in the center of everything and it is a wonderful place to live.
