Hi. I am renting out the second room too. The first room just got taken.

Its in a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom town house. The room has a small closet, window, and it about 10x12 feet and can fit a full bed and desk. It’s in Placentia just a few blocks from the 91 and 57 freeways. Near shopping centers and stores. Near the university, great for student, teacher, faculty, and staff. Free street parking.

The house is a high conscious home. A place of positive atmosphere, healing and soul growth. Sometime we have small gatherings and circles where people come together to heal and do spiritual practices and energy works.

What I am looking for in a roommate: Someone who is financially stable and responsible, and can prove it. Must pay rents on time for the full amount. Someone who is VERY CLEAN. Someone who is nice, responsible for your action, honest, no drama, fair, communicate very well, and has a positive energy and outlook on life. Someone who is helpful and is a team player, willing to work together to get things done. Someone who is high vibes, high conscious. All gender, preferences, occupation, are welcome. Females especially welcome. LGBTQ friendly.

A little about me. My energy is balance, having masculine, feminine, and neutral energy. I am a writer and a techie. I come and go quietly. I am a non-smoker, no drugs, non drinker.
