Large Room w/private attached Bathroom

Looking for professional, quiet, easy going woman for room rental. Community is small (townhomes) GATED entry, tennis court, POOL/JACUZZI about 1/3rd families and 2/3rd adult only households, and my unit has a PRIVATE YARD featuring 2 trees, a small grass area and garden, and small patio for gatherings/BBQ's. Bedroom is on 2nd story overlooking yard, has new carpet, a large walk-in closet, private attached bathroom (newly remodeled), and a mini-frig in the closet. Washer & dryer is in the attached garage. I work from home (even before covid) so am usually around home when not out with friends, at the gym or yoga, or hiking or riding my horse who is boarded nearby. I am 62, live a relatively quiet and healthy life, enjoy the outdoors and fresh air. On an average day the windows are open, 4 ceiling fans going, can hear birds chirping. Have A/C for those sultry hot days. I have a small cat who is a bit feral...she lives outside but will come into the garage at night to sleep, and does not tolerate other animals. Plenty of parking. 10 minute drive to 3 regional parks: Irvine, Peters Canyon, Santiago Oaks.
