Greetings!
I am a single mother living in a 2 bedroom condo with my 16 year old daughter in Orange by Orange Hill Restaurant, it's in a typical middle aged suburban neighborhood.
Since I am a single mother with a daughter I can only accept women at this time. No couples, no pregnant women, unfortunately. The condo is pretty small and it is NOT childproof.
My utmost priority is that rent is paid on time. We also take COVID VERY seriously & wash our hands upon entering the home .Above everything, being conscientiousness about mask-wearing, distancing, and isolating are very important to me, so I’d prefer my roommate feel the same.

I just charge a flat fee and I handle all the utilities etc. Let’s split the internet.

There is an in-unit washer and dryer, central heat, plenty of parking, a community pool with jacuzzi. There is lots of great hiking and food in the area! This spot would also be good for Chapman University and Santiago College students!
I actually transferred out of SCC & am a UCI alumni!

I am looking for a responsible individual, since I am a single mother and also own my own business I am VERY busy, sometimes I work 14 hours a day and enjoy a calm and comfortable home for my kiddo & I. There is good harmony in the house and it’s important for me to keep the vibes chill for my daughter & my cats, so please try to limit the strays you might want to bring home from the bar 😉. You can totally have a BF or GF and a few friends over though, as long as they're not straight squatters, don’t trip! There will be times where my daughter will be home without me some days. No you don’t have to play “babysitter”, she’s very self sufficient & I would never ask that of a roommate.

I’d would like to find a good fit for the household that can get along well with my daughter & my two very loving kitties. Finding a long term roommate is ideal but if you’ll only be needing to stay here for a short while please let me know so I can prepare! I’m definitely looking for someone who has their act together and is trying to do good things in their life. You must have good, steady employment with good work and rental history plus a clean background (thinking about my daughter on these tips - I’m not tripping if you have some non violent offenses on your record - I know how messed up the judicial system is, especially if you’re a person of color, but obviously not anything that would put my daughter at risk ). You should be a kind person that respects others. I also hope that you are an intelligent person who didn’t vote for Trump, and I’m absolutely serious about that lol. If you voted for someone like that we wouldn’t get along in a living situation.

The room is approximately 10’x10’ and has it’s own semi private bathroom right next to the room. We would share a shower but my daughter & I have our own separate sink station so mornings are pretty calm. The upstairs restroom cabinets, counter & sink has just been redone and upgraded! Since I don’t work a 9-5 I save all my morning bathroom stuff for when everyone is out of the house. There is also a bathroom downstairs. There is a large closet with shelving in the room.

This Household is 420 friendly,

I am an artist, which means my house isn't really set up like a typical house. Where the dining room would be, is where all my photo gear and props are. Sometimes, because of my crazy work schedule in summer, the house downstairs gets a little unorganized because I will come home from a gig, drop off gear, then pick up gear and do it all again the next day. Unorganized does NOT mean uncleanly though. I am actually very meticulous at keeping my kitchen and bathrooms, floors and carpet clean. I disinfect all door knobs and handles every day. It’s just definitely more of an artists house than a typical suburban house.

As far as the cats, they are rescues, brother & sister and to be real they are more like dogs than cats. They have NEVER bitten or scratched, they LOVE cuddling & sitting next to people, my orange cat really bonded with my last roommate, he is a little vocal at certain times of the day, the other is super lazy haha, both have GREAT characters. You are welcome to leave your door closed if you do not want them to go in your room, but they will want to come chill with you if you’re hanging out 😀 A tenant having a cat or dog would be a bit difficult because my two cats run the house, but if you have a pet in a cage or tank like a reptile or fish, that would work fine!
