Seeking Female to Rent Large Room
My husband and I just purchased a home in Mission Viejo with a large upstairs bonus room (20 x 20 ft) we'd like to rent out to a Christian female. High ceilings and lots of windows. Private bathroom right next to the room with full bath/shower combo. We have 2 small dogs (both hypoallergenic poodle mixes) that are contained downstairs. Full use of kitchen/laundry downstairs. Plenty of street parking in our very safe neighborhood. We have a backyard with plenty of patio furniture for guests. I work from home teaching so I need quiet in the mornings weekdays until noon. My husband is a chef and works at a nearby restaurant. Room is not furnished but we do have some extra furniture (twin bed) if you need it. These photos are from the listing of the house when we bought it a few months ago. Please email me or text if you are interested.
