Single father and 4-Year old son looking for a roommate in 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment. I have a room for rent with own detached bathroom in fully furnished apartment. I am looking for an extremely clean, respectful, full-time working professional who is looking for a semi-quiet place to live. You would have full access to stocked kitchen and living spaces, patio and all the other features I have listed above. This is a gated community and you would have one parking pass for yourself.
MUST like children. My son is a happy, loveable, busy 4-year old who is with me Wed-Sunday night. He is with his Mother or Grandmother Wed-Fri till 5pm. Weekends full-time.
Must be friendly, no drugs, no drama, no couples, gay friendly, and please keep guests to a minimum.
Must be respectful to Apartment! I cannot stress cleanliness enough. If you are not clean, do not apply.
