The apartment is furnished except your room.

On a clear day, you can see a glimpse of the ocean from the patio.
The apartment is on the second story.
The current lease ends late July. I?ve been here for 3 years. Possible to renew for another year.
I?m in my early 20?s. I work as a nanny during the day and go to saddleback/ivc in the evenings. I?m rarely home, when I am I?m clean and quiet.
