In Dire Need Of A New Roommate Asap!!!

My fiance & I are extremely easy going laid back people & we're trying to find a roommate that is a lot like us.
We're looking for someone who's trustworthy, friendly, respectable, reliable & responsible to share our townhome in Lake Forest which is located in South Orange County, CA for those who aren't aware of the location.

Its a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse both bedrooms are master suites so our new roomie will have their own private bed & bath in which I have posted video screenshot pics & added them to my profile pics a above.
Now plez be aware that the video was taken prior to our moving in last year & also for a lil FYI the available room (which actually won't be available till July 30th cause its still being occupied) is a little larger than the other.

Now we also we want our new roommate to feel like its their home too. They will have free reign of the house we don't want them to feel confined to just staying in their room.

And so cause we do live in a complex our potential roomie will have to apply w/ management to have a income & credit check done to qualify to be put on the lease. We also require our new roommate to stay a minimum of 12 mos on the lease & the type of stay is all days of the week it'll be up to them on if they'll be there full time or part time.

One more thing we are willing to renegotiate a few things down in price just to get someone in fast!!!
