I am a fitness professional / business owner / retired CPA. Lived in Orange County my whole life. Like to go out but like to chill at home as well. I've been vaccinated for COVID - not strict about masks or distancing - not a big deal to me. Looking for a housemate for 6-12 months who's clean. Not a whole lot of nightlife in Ladera - it's a breeder community but there are enough places to hang out within a few miles.
