My home is located in Rancho Mission Viejo, Esencia, at the Hilltop. My street is a senior community so residents must be 55 years of age or older. This home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. None of the bedrooms/bathrooms share a common wall or floor/ceiling. I currently have one tenant occupying the second-floor bedroom. We both work and like to come home to a peaceful home. I have a nice patio to relax on and a BBQ for grilling.

What I am looking for in a tenant:
• Friendly, respectful of others
• Quiet during normal sleeping hours
• Ability to pay rent by the first of each month
• Willingness to keep the common areas clean (i. e. washing your dishes, cleaning up after you are done)
• This is a month-to-month rental
• Short-term and long-term applicants welcomed
• Room available for January 1 move-in
• Tenant to furnish room and bath to their liking
