Looking for a roommate in my 3 story townhome. Looking for a working professional who cleans up after themselves, not into partying, and is honest and conscientious. I am a busy professional working 2 jobs with varying hours sometimes from home, and sometimes from my office, and travel frequently. I am very clean, and listen to a lot of music. I do not smoke but I do occasionally drink. The home has a bathroom on the. main floor, 1 on the master (2nd floor) and 1 on the 3rd floor. Your room would be on the 3rd level with your own full bath and large bedroom with a large closet. The laundry room is on the 2nd floor with a full washer and dryer. The home also has a 2-car garage and close to a lot of pools and parks. Near the 5 freeway and relatively close to the 73, grocery store (Albertsons), gas station, Mission Mall, and Starbucks. Rent includes internet but excludes: cable, water, gas, electricity, and trash (divided into half).
