We are a brother and sister duo looking for a student/ young professional to rent out a bed (10' x11.5') + private bath in our beautiful Irvine condo. We love to cook, watch movies, and host parties (not too loud :D). We would like a clean, responsible housemate that would be a part of the fam, but hermits are also welcome :)
Rent will be $1500 and will include:

- full furnished living area
