$850 - Private room, spacious closet, shared bath

Spacious apartment in peaceful Irvine residential area, very close to UCI and IVC with easy access to the 405 freeway, bus stop, groceries, restaurants, and cafes, and Spectrum Center.

The apartments have on-site laundry, a resident gym, and multiple pools. Parking is free; the unit has one covered carport space that is shared with roommates on an alternating schedule and there are additional open resident spaces, and street parking.

We are renting out a private bedroom with spacious closet ~$850 per month. Move-in includes a one-month deposit of 850. Utilities are usually around $50-60 per person and include internet, electricity, water, renter’s insurance, etc. You will share bathroom with only one other occupant. Apartment is fully furnished and you will have access to nice living space/kitchen. Bedroom is unfurnished.
