This is a two story, two bedroom, 1.5 bath condo in Huntington Harbor. We are within walking distance to Trader Joe's, Albertson's, restaurants, bars, banks, and coffee shops. We're 1.5 miles from the beach and wetlands, and 15 minutes from CSULB.

I am renting out the master bedroom (approximately 190 sq. ft.) and the bathroom next to it; however, we would share the shower/bath. Otherwise, the bathroom is yours. Currently the room comfortably fits a queen size bed, 48" desk, and 6' dresser. The bedroom featured mirrored closets.

There is a sweet old kitty who lives here. He is friendly and likes attention.

The apartment is furnished, except for the available bedroom, and includes:
