Shared Townhouse
Hi, I'm Jared and I'm looking for a reliable roommate who is either a Professional or a Student or both. I've been here for over two years and it is a very nice place to live, it's Gated w/ parking, pool, spa, tennis courts, sauna, clubhouse, +washer & dryer in the garage. The garage is carpeted and has space for some storage, but i've set it up as a TV room w/ sofa, chairs, and card table. I prefer a female or single parent roommate, reason being that I am a father and I have my child two weekends a month. There are 3 Grocery stores all within a 10 minute walk, two good restaurants at the end of the street and It's 1.5 miles from Bolsa Chica State Beach. The Bolsa Chica Nature Preserve is across the street from the house and is great if you enjoy a jogging or bike riding and you can kayak or paddle board in the harbor.
