Room for rent
Room fits a queen size bed and dresser. One wall is a mirrored closet with built in shelves. Room is across the hall from bathroom. The carpet is new in the room, installed last October. We have an in unit washer and dryer, so no laundry room! You can either pay $50 for a parking spot or park on the street. Full kitchen priveleges, we are downstairs with a private patio and a bar b que. Complex has 2 pools which are open and a gym that will be opening soon. Other roomie is a fabulous cook and cooks often!
We are not a party house. Occasional overnight guests are ok, but a heads up about that is appreciated. Room is 10x12.
