Cute Room For Rent In Hb House

We are a group of three girls that are really close looking for an awesome fourth roommate. We have lived together for a few years now and our current roommate is moving out with her best friend. We have a cute sweet pitbull so you must be OK with dogs. It is a four bedroom house with two bathrooms. This room is shared with one bathroom with two other girls. We are looking for a girl that has a great energy and laid-back. friendly preferred. friendly but There is no smoking in the house. We need someone to move in November 1. We all work full-time jobs and have different schedules. On the weekends we like to host friends over or all go out together. Must be OK with occasional get together’s.
And some late nights but not often at all.

We are five minutes away from Bolsa Chica beach. Great paths to walk and bike all around our home. Close to all grocery stores and shopping centers. 10 minutes away from downtown Huntington. There is always parking in our neighborhood. And we have a driveway as well. Full gym in the garage as well. Washer and dryer included. Rent is $810 and Utilities are a total of $150 a month per person. Central AC in the house as well. The whole house is already fully furnished including the backyard.
