Roommate wanted for 2Bd/1bath. All pets welcome!

My name is Matt. I am looking to share a 2 bedroom apartment in Huntington Beach starting the first week of December. Single person only as there is only 1 bathroom. Must be willing to sign a 1 year lease. Must be okay with dogs since I have a dog. If you have a pet, this location is perfect because there are no weight or breed restrictions at this complex. My dog loves people and gets along well with most other pets.

There is $500 security deposit that we would split. If you have a pet there is a separate pet deposit and pet rent. Rent is $1200/mo and that includes internet and utilities. You will need to fill out an application and provide proof of income to the leasing office. There is a $40/person application fee.

The apartment is approx. 970 sq. ft, is on the ground level, and has a small patio.

There is only 1 assigned parking spot per unit, but there is open parking in the parking lot in addition to street parking.

I have lived at this complex for 2 years and it is a great location, but the rent has gotten to be more than I can afford on my own. There are 2 pools, a hot tub, and barbecue grills, and on site laundry. It's located about 15 mins from downtown Huntington.

I'm 33, work full time, and don't smoke. I'm in an open relationship with a girlfriend who spends the night once or twice a week. I'm easy going, open minded, and can get along with pretty much anyone.

I have a fridge, a small sofa, a TV, and a couple small coffee tables. The bedrooms are good size and can easily fit a large bed and dresser. There is also a sliding door closet in each bedroom.

Looking for someone mid 20s to early 40s, male or female, who is a student or works full time, is okay with dogs, is clean and respecting. Would like to find someone outgoing who can be friends and not just roommates. Overnight guests are fine, just no wild parties since I wake up early.
